BLOODLANCE ARENA
Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 4, 2026
Developer: TwoSpear Studio
App: Bloodlance Arena
Android package name: com.bloodlance.arena
Privacy contact: twospearstudio@gmail.com
1. Scope of this policy
This policy explains how data is handled in the current version of Bloodlance Arena, which has no advertising, in-app purchases or online accounts. Planned features are not current data processing activities until they are made available.
2. Game data stored on your device
The game stores your progress, character equipment and inventory, in-game resources, completed challenges and quest states, language preference and control settings in the app's storage area on your device. Local backup files may also be created in the same area to protect saved games. If you do not use a feature, progress data for that feature may not be created.
This data is used to run the game and let you continue where you left off. The current game version does not send it to the developer or to a game server. The game does not provide an online character account or developer-operated cloud saving service.
3. Data we do not collect and access we do not request
The current game version does not require you to create an account, sign in with Google, or enter your real name, email address or phone number into the game. The game has no feature that accesses your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or device location.
This version has no advertising SDK, usage analytics service that sends data to the developer, or automatic crash reporting service. The game does not collect an advertising identifier. Internet access permission is disabled in the game's current Android export configuration.
4. Advertising and purchases
The version covered by this policy does not display advertisements or offer in-app purchases for real money. Transactions involving silver, gold, equipment or soldiers within the game do not, by themselves, mean that a real-money payment is made.
If advertising, rewarded videos or purchases through Google Play are introduced in future versions, this policy will be updated to explain the new data processing activities before the relevant version is made available.
5. When you contact us for support
If you choose to email twospearstudio@gmail.com, we receive your email address, message and any files you choose to attach. We use them to respond to your request and investigate the issue. Messages are transmitted and stored through Google's Gmail service.
You do not need to send your password, full payment card details or identity document for support. Sharing a saved game with us for troubleshooting is also your choice; the current game does not send it automatically.
6. Sharing and platform services
The current game version does not transmit your local saved games to advertising networks or other services. We do not sell user data. Support messages are processed by the email service provider to enable communication; information necessary to comply with legally valid requests from competent authorities may also be shared.
Google Play, from which you download the game, and Android services on your device may process information under their own policies to provide their services. This is separate from game code sending local character records to the developer. Google's policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en
7. Retention, deletion and security
Local saved games are kept in the app's storage area on your device. You can delete these records and their local backups by clearing Bloodlance Arena's app data in Android settings. This also deletes your progress. Uninstalling the app normally removes this local data as well; copies created through your device's backup or transfer services may need to be managed separately through those services. The developer cannot remotely access or restore the saved games on your device.
We retain support correspondence for as long as necessary to resolve and follow up on your request and meet any applicable legal retention requirements. We delete it when there is no further need to retain it. You can send requests for information about or deletion of your messages to our contact address. The email service provider's backup and retention processes are governed by its own terms.
We restrict access to support correspondence. The protection of local game data also depends on the security of your device and operating system; no storage or communication method can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
8. Young players
The game is designed for teenagers aged 13 and over and adults; it does not target children under 13. This target audience statement does not replace the store's content rating, which may vary by country. The current version has no in-game accounts, advertising or personalized advertising profiles.
If you believe that a child's personal information has been sent to us through the support channel, you can contact twospearstudio@gmail.com.
9. Requests and policy changes
You can send privacy questions and requests for access, correction or deletion under applicable law to twospearstudio@gmail.com. For local game data that we do not hold, you need to use your device's app data management options.
If our data processing practices change, we will update this text and the date above. Where necessary, we will also provide information and choice mechanisms within the game. Publishing this policy or your continued use of the game does not, by itself, mean that you consent to the processing of personal data.
